Planta Terra was founded by Wollstone Capital, a Swiss based low carbon investor to invest, develop and operate sustainable agricultural assets.
We are backed by European Institutional Capital, family offices and high net worth individuals.
The company is presently focused on developing a Hazelnut orchard in Italy by bringing the best global agricultural practices to traditional areas where crops grow natively. This approach increases yields naturally and reduces the amount of agricultural inputs that are required compared to other orchards. Additionally, we track and optimize the carbon cycle of our orchards to ensure that they are net carbon positive and actively work to increase the biodiversity in the forests around our land.
